Type conference title and theme

(learned & created)> will be the sub title

Participants will be able to enroll in one of three groups based on ability and interest. People will become more aware of the uses of embellished letters, while creating their own embellished letterforms. Group one will discus high points in typographic history and in the evolution of type. Group two will investigate the uses and meanings of type in all major laguages to better understand typographic functionality.  Group three will create new letter forms, ranging from poetic to functional, with the insruction of Oded Ezer.

the title is interesting, but pretty open-ended as far as identifying typography as the content of the conference. i would recommend working that idea into the subtitle at least -- "typography learned, created, and applied" or something. you could even leave out the "and" -- "typography learned, created, applied".

your description should begin with some kind of overview of what the conference is about -- the ideas that will be explored. you just start right out talking about the various classes with no setup. also, watch for typos -- "discuss", "languages".
